What this number leaves out, on purpose. The figure above is payroll arithmetic only. It leaves out the cost of errors that reach a board deck, decisions made two weeks late, the analysis those people would produce if they were not assembling numbers, and what un-reconcilable numbers do to diligence when you sell. A form cannot price those honestly, so this one does not.
